Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping:
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Cost: $12.95
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping:
– Available on orders over $50
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. We recommend declaring packages as “Equestrian Equipment” for accurate customs classification.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date for most items. Our policy is designed with our core customers in mind:

  • Safety-conscious equestrians ensuring proper helmet fit

Return Process

  3. Package Securely: Include all original items, packaging, and tags (we recommend using the original shipping box)
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Colorado facility using a trackable method (return shipping at customer’s expense unless due to our error)
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Refund Information

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days through your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect/damaged items.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on English tall boots or riding breeches:

  • Follow standard return procedures
  • Clearly indicate “EXCHANGE” and desired new size in your request
  • We’ll waive additional shipping for your replacement item

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure rider safety and hygiene, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Helmets and Safety Gear: Due to safety certification requirements
  • Footwear Accessories and Care Products: Opened condition affects resale
  • Custom-ordered show coats or jackets

Special Considerations
